Bound items can be unequipped and dropped, making them permanent items that can be used after the conjuration effect wears off.

==Instructions==
# Cast a spell with or otherwise (such as through a rune stone) obtain the bound item desired as an active effect.
# Damage the bound item in some way, either through combat or a custom disintegrate weapon/armor on self spell.
# Use a repair hammer to repair the bound item.
# Drop the bound item.
# Wait for the bound item spell effect to expire, either normally or through the in-game wait timer.
# Pick up the item.

==Additional Notes==
* Bound items have zero weight, so permanent bound items can be reverse pickpocketed onto NPCs if desired. Getting an NPC to equip an item enchanted with damage health on self can be a way to kill an NPC without incurring a bounty.
