This means you have to have closed at least three [[Oblivion:Oblivion Gates\|Oblivion Gates]] before you can finish this quest. Doing this quest after the Oblivion Gate closing portion of the route is ideal.
			* Dagail is unable to talk to you in order to finish this quest until you have completed [[Oblivion:Leyawiin Recommendation\|Leyawiin Recommendation]]. Route logic will likely never result in a situation where this recommendation is completed after closing three Oblivion Gates, so Mysticism Training is best completed when you return to the Leyawiin Mages Guild later to turn in [[Oblivion:Tears of the Savior\|Tears of the Savior]] and advance [[Oblivion:Whom Gods Annoy\|Whom Gods Annoy]].
	*		* Like all the Master Training quests, the actual Master Trainer needs to be alive prior to starting the quest in order to be able to complete it.
	*		* Ita Rienus in the Bravil Mages Guild and Boderi Farano in the Arcane University can both start this quest. Ita Rienus has spells we need to purchase, but this happens too early in the route to have our Mysticism at 70+, and Boderi Farano has no route logic. Ita Rienus' schedule puts her in a more consistent spot, and we need to go back to the Bravil Mages Guild to turn in [[Oblivion:Bravil Recommendation\|Bravil Recommendation]] and advance [[Oblivion:More Unfinished Business\|More Unfinished Business]], making her the ideal NPC to get this training quest from.
